Le personnel aimable, professionnel et très à l'écoute des clients. Ils ont répondu favorablement à quelques demandes culinaires et modifications de plats... ils sont au petits soin. Ils proposent une aide pour organiser les principales activités sur Sal : excursion autour de l'île, sortie en catamaran, Snorkeling etc... le tout à des prix très raisonnable. Les chambres sont magnifiques, la décoration très atypique et colorées a ec beaucoup de goût. Le restaurant en bas de l'hôtel est l'un des meilleurs de l'île, connu aussi pour ces soirées animées qui se terminent un peu avant minuit. Grand merci au manager qui a géré pour nous une petite difficulté liée au retard des bateaux au cap vert ...

El ... more El tracte del personal, molt resolutiva i agradable la Doris, l'amplitud i la decoració de les habitacions, molt ben aïllades i netes, el matalàs i el coixí molt bé. El menjar del restaurant molt bo, i l'animació de la nit super bé. El lloc on està situat és ideal, al centre de Santa María i a 3 minuts de la platja. Després de 4 dies d'estar a l'hotel Oceans vàrem fer canvi a un dels resorts de la cadena Melià, de 5 estrelles i va ser un autèntic desastre, massificat, menjar dolentíssim, llargues cues per agafar beure,menjar, tovalloles,... Molt estressant quan estàs a la illa de la calma. Per tant, si aneu a la illa de la Sal, no aneu a cap resort, aneu a l'oceans suites.. aquí si que viureu en pròpia pell la calma de l'illa.

Hotel: Ocean Suites is much more than a hotel. The service and attention that you as a customer receive every day is great🤩. I stayed in room 2 (for me one of the nicest room)😌. The room was large, with good working air conditioning and a beaut ... more Hotel: Ocean Suites is much more than a hotel. The service and attention that you as a customer receive every day is great🤩. I stayed in room 2 (for me one of the nicest room)😌. The room was large, with good working air conditioning and a beautiful view of the popular square and main street.The servers were friendly one by one and want to do everything for you "NO STRESS". And every evening there is live music downstairs in the restaurant with good music. You dance💃🏾 until you can't feel your feet anymore (haha). For your safety, a security guard is present every night and after an evening out he will bring you safely to the entrance so that you can safely return to your room. Breakfast ,lunch and diner: Every morning I could choose between 3 different breakfast menus (American🥓, Cape Verde🫘 and Mediterranean🍅). All three were tasty and you get a lot! You can also enjoy a delicious meal there (lunch and dinner). Try their burger🍔 (one of the tastiest burgers in Cabo Verde!)🤌🏽.  The beach and the famous pier are a 3-minute walk from the hotel! All famous cafes and restaurants are a 5 or 6 minute walk from the hotel. If you want to save money, book all activities through Dorry, which will save you 10 to 20 euros per excursion. And you can also arrange your transport to and from the airport through Dorry. Ocean Suites is for me the best hotel in Santa Maria! Adilson makes the best coffee☕️ for you in the morning. Janete serves you with her beautiful smile in the evening 😍(She has the most beautiful curls I had ever seen) And Flavio teaches you the coolest dance moves every evening💃🏾. Thank you Dorry for everything and I will definitely be back❤️❤️!!

The property looks like a 5* facility with beautifully designed suites perfectly located in the center of Santa Maria. The central location allowed us to experience Santa Maria at its best with almost everything being in walking distance from the accommodation. The staff is exceptionally friendly and ready to be at your service whenever you require. Special thanks to Bobby, Head of R&D. When our AC stopped working she immediately provided us with a solution. Our stay at Ocean Suites really felt like being home away from home. No doubt that whenever we come back we will stay here again. Price/Quality ratio could not have been better.

Next to the accommodation we were amazed by the lovely staff members at ocean suites and Café!! Everyone went over and above to make our stay great and memorable!! When we arrived on our first night Stefy warmly welcomed us and made sure that all our needs were met. She is very sweet and always made sure to check in with us on whether we enjoy our stay and if there is anything she could do for us! The other thing we really loved was the staff at ocean Café!!! On our second day everyone knew us already and they welcomed us like old friends. We really liked the laid-back atmosphere and how the people took their time to talk to us and joke with us. Altogether, we can highly recommend Ocean Suites to anyone looking for a great accommodation in Sal!! The price is very fair, the location is perfect, the staff is amazing and you have the possibility to dive a little deeper into the beautiful culture of Cape Verde!!!! If you plan to visit Sal this is a must-stay!
