Everything was so above expectations.  It started when we checked in with a welcome drink. The room has so many unique details and is really spacious. The room has so many unique details and is really spacious. Every morning, an à la carte breakfast was served in the restaurant, which was excellent! During the day, it is nicely calm outside. In the evening, there was a really nice atmosphere in the bar, with good music and people and staff dancing. Also, the food for dinner was excellent! (with discount!) The hotel is only a few meters away from the beach, and they provide beach towels. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Helton who was there every morning with a friendly smile and a nice chat.

Mais pourquoi aller très loin quand tout est sur place? Les suites sont parfaitement décorées, la salle de bain chic et avec tout le confort nécessaire, le lit est très confortable (alors que j'ai toujours des maux de dos en général). La cuisine est variée et délicieuse, les cocktails sont vraiment à essayer car ils sont très bien préparés. Mais surtout, le gros plus de cet établissement, c'est l'équipe. Des personnes professionnelles qui aiment leur travail et qui sont investies comme je ne l'ai vu nulle par ailleurs. Au-delà de l'investissement pro, il y a surtout des échanges humains, attentionnés, bienveillants de leur part, qui rendent le séjour absolument incroyable. Vous vous sentez comme chez vous, en famille ou entre amis. Le soir, l'ambiance est menée d'une main de mettre par les animateurs, il y a une forme d'osmose de joie et de plaisir partagés, où tout le monde danse, même en étant novice, car l'énergie est d'une joie simple tellement appréciable. Attention, on a mal à la mâchoire après avoir autant sourit ! Un immense merci pour ce séjour de 3,5 semaines, Maria, Suely, Eliano, Ivo, Ismael, Rama, Edgar, Adam, Kery, Cleidiana et absolument tout le monde que j'oublie de citer, mais le coeur y est.

Avant même notre arrivée, nous avons eu des échanges avec la responsable qui nous a transmis beaucoup d’informations complètes sur notamment la monnaie utilisée sur place et les taux de change appliquées et nous a assistées durant notre voyage, ayant manqué notre correspondance. elle répondait très rapidement à nos messages. a notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillies par Dory, une femme exceptionnelle. Nous étions épuisées de notre trop long voyage et le sourire chaleureux et le grand cœur de Dory nous ont tout de suite mis dans l’ambiance de l’établissement et de la ville. La chambre était spacieuse (vraiment énorme) et bien équipée. Le lit était ultra confortable. le seul petit bémol - le dressing est un peu petit et une étagère serait pas de refus devant la salle de bains pour y placer nos produits- sinon tout était parfait. La plage est à deux pas de l’hôtel en plein centre ville. La nourriture du restaurant est excellente et leur cocktails à tomber. Le plus de cet hôtel est indéniablement son personnel. Ils sont tous, sans exception, d’une gentillesse incroyable. C’était difficile de quitter cet hôtel. Nous avons été super bien traitées. Une mention particulière à Flavio qui nous a fait danser toute la soirée et au bar tender qui nous a régalé.

Das komplette Hotel und das Zimmer und die Bar/das Restaurant sind absolut schön, stylisch und mit viel Liebe zum Detail designed. Außerdem sind die Zimmer wirklich groß (wir hatten eine Deluxe Suite, Zi. Nr. 2). Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter ist gut drauf (wirkt auch nicht aufgesetzt), freundlich und hilfsbereit und stehen mit guten Tipps zur Seite. Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar, mitten im Zentrum und nur wenige Meter vom Sandstrand entfernt (rund 30 Sekunden Gehzeit). Essen und Getränke sind super lecker und absolut empfehlenswert. Ja, die Bar im Erdgeschoss ist laut jeden Abend. Aber das wussten wir von den Rezensionen hier und das Hotel hat uns noch im Zeitraum einer kostenlosen Stornierung per Mail drauf hingewiesen. Also das war demnach bekannt und von uns in Kauf genommen. Dass man vor Mitternacht nur dann schlafen kann, wenn man Ohropax mitnimmt oder von Haus aus einen guten Schlaf hat, war demnach klar und rechtfertig keinen Punktabzug.

Purtroppo non sono riuscito a passare tutta la mia vacanza qui perché ho prenotato all'ultimo momento e per gli ultimi giorni non c'era più posto. Colpa mia che mi sono mosso tardi, ma la prossima volta non avrò dubbi su dove andare! La posizione è centralissima e a pochi passi dalle spiagge più belle di Santa Maria. Le suites sono arredate con grande gusto e sono davvero comode. La colazione si fa nel bar/ristorante ed è ottima. Avere un ristorante di grande qualità nello stesso posto in cui si alloggia è un punto di forza difficile da trovare altrove. L'accoglienza di Stefania e di tutto lo staff poi non ha prezzo: non si può non voler bene a delle persone così simpatiche e disponibili! Grazie per la bellissima esperienza e alla prossima!

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen, so dass man Santa Maria und den Boulevard sowie den Strand vor der Haustür hat. Das Hotel sowie die Zimmer sind sehr stylisch, modern und sauber, auch mit Fahrstuhl. Wir hatten die größte Suite direkt über dem Restaurant, wo abends auch laute Parties stattfinden. Durch den Schallschutz kamen die Geräusche nur im vorderen Zimmer durch das Fenster rein. Im hinteren Zimmer hörte man fast nichts. Also empfehlenswert für Alle (außer ihr braucht totale Stille) Das Essen ist echt klasse und deutlich gehobener als in manch anderen Hotels, der Kaffee war auch sehr lecker ! Wir hatten Frühstück inklusive und konnten auch die 3 verschiedenen Menüs kombinieren, da ist für jeden was dabei! Die Cocktails und anderen Getränke sind auch auf hohem Nivieau!

This is the most central location in Santa Maria and also the sea is right in front of it. I really liked hearing the waves from the room. Breakfast was great too, and the staff is the best in Sal! Elsa and Nelson are always so friendly and nice, and will make sure you enjoy your food. Stefania was excellent! very efficient and great to talk with. I’m looking forward to my fourth stay 😊
