Ma soprattutto staff davvero eccezionale dal primo all'ultimo della squadra. Ci mettono cuore, professionalità e sorrisi. 😉 Non vi dimenticheremo. Abbiamo girato mezzo mondo ma qui siamo al Top. Os funcionários foram excepcionais, o pequeno almoço muito bom também. O quarto era enorme e excelente, muito moderno e bem decorado. O restaurante do hotel serve refeições muito boas também. A Dory que foi com quem sempre tratei de tudo desde a reserva, foi incansável, embora todos os funcionários tenham sido de uma simpatia sem igual. Vou voltar a Sal e aqui vai ser sem dúvida o meu lugar de eleição SEMPRE.

The property looks like a 5* facility with beautifully designed suites perfectly located in the center of Santa Maria. The central location allowed us to experience Santa Maria at its best with almost everything being in walking distance from the accommodation. The staff is exceptionally friendly and ready to be at your service whenever you require. Special thanks to Bobby, Head of R&D. When our AC stopped working she immediately provided us with a solution. Our stay at Ocean Suites really felt like being home away from home. No doubt that whenever we come back we will stay here again. Price/Quality ratio could not have been better.

Purtroppo non sono riuscito a passare tutta la mia vacanza qui perché ho prenotato all'ultimo momento e per gli ultimi giorni non c'era più posto. Colpa mia che mi sono mosso tardi, ma la prossima volta non avrò dubbi su dove andare! La posizione è centralissima e a pochi passi dalle spiagge più belle di Santa Maria. Le suites sono arredate con grande gusto e sono davvero comode. La colazione si fa nel bar/ristorante ed è ottima. Avere un ristorante di grande qualità nello stesso posto in cui si alloggia è un punto di forza difficile da trovare altrove. L'accoglienza di Stefania e di tutto lo staff poi non ha prezzo: non si può non voler bene a delle persone così simpatiche e disponibili! Grazie per la bellissima esperienza e alla prossima!

Las suites son impresionantes en cuanto ... more Este lugar merece una reseña detallada porque ha sido maravilloso en todos los sentidos. He viajado por muchos lugares del mundo y creo que nunca me ha impresionado tanto un alojamiento como lo ha hecho este. Las suites son impresionantes en cuanto a la decoración, la amplitud y la comodidad. No falta ningún detalle y la limpieza es tremenda. En la semana que estuvimos alojados hasta limpiaron las ventanas. La decoración espectacular, puedes estar horas mirando cada rincón de la habitación y no paras de descubrir detalles que te dejan con la boca abierta. El desayuno es muy bueno, no es tipo buffet pero puedes combinar todas las cosas que te ofrece. El alojamiento está a pocos metros de la playa y en la zona más turística, por lo que la ubicación es inmejorable. Lo mejor de todo es la atención y la hospitalidad de absolutamente TODO el personal que trabaja allí. Te ponen todo muy fácil y se desviven para que estés bien. Desde allí te organizan excursiones por la isla y te facilitan todo lo que puedas necesitar. La parte de abajo es un café/restaurante con música por las noches que termina sobre las 12 de la noche más o menos. Es un lugar pensado para disfrutar también de la música y de la fiesta. Si tu intención es meterte en la cama a las 22 horas no es el lugar adecuado si tienes la habitación justo encima, pero las doce de la noche en vacaciones no es una hora intempestiva. Lo recomiendo 100% como una gran opción para alojarte en la Isla de Sal.
